Michael, we run dp through vDos in our office (Windows network) on 1 x XP, 4 x Win 7 (both 32+64) and 3 x Win 8. No problems whatsoever. One person even uses VPN, although that's slow and not really good to make new records. For browsing it's okay though.
We don't use shell.
