I have also been using vDOS with DP. I don't have need for cut and paste
operations or, for that matter, print from DP operations. vDOS makes DP
very workable with the exception of slowing down some functions vital to
me. Remember, my databases are fairly large so when I do a voter file
report looking for specific parameters DP is sorting through tens of
thousands of records. Imports, exports and reports are stable with vDOS,
just much slower than running directly through a DOS prompt. I have one
Vista machine on my network that I use for those purposes.
