I assume that the same 64-bit issue will apply. To run under a 64-bit
version of the OS, you'll need to run DOS apps in an emulator like vDos.
I would expect the 32-bit version of Windows 10 to run DOS apps like
earlier versions of Windows 32-bit.
But I have no first-hand experience with it.
