DP (and any other 16-bit DOS app) will not run natively under Win-7
64-bit. The 32-bit OS can run 16-bit apps.
To run under 64-bit Windows you have to use a DOS emulator like VDOS. Or
you can run a virtual machine (using Virtual PC, VirtualBox, etc.) with
a compatible OS installed and run DP inside it. VDOS is simplest but
does slow DP down a bit.
