Adding content to WordPress is just about as simple as it gets (one reason I suggested it) ... plus thousands of instructional video, tutorials, self-help books, online courses, etc. available.
I don't know Udo's E-mail address ... perhaps he'll pick this up from the feed (or you could forward my offer).
