Hunter,

I print labels using the mailmerge feature on WordPerfect.  I start by printing a report I created with WP mailmerge codes as part of the report; the file extension has be .dat.  Then do the actual printing by creating a .frm document in WP.  It's easy and repeatable.

Hope that helps.

I am a new subscriber to the Dataperfect group.  I’m still using the Dataperfect database I created about thirty years ago.  I’m hoping someone will be able to advise me about printing with HP printer.

When I created the database—which includes contact information different panels for customers, friends, and companies—I had a Kyocera printer.  I managed to create a mailing labels report that allowed me to print 40 contacts per page.  It was very useful.  I still use my Dataperfect “rolodex” with Windows 7-32, but can no longer print my mailing labels pages with HP printers.  I don’t even know if this is possible.  If yes, I would greatly appreciate any support as to how.  Also, I am now retired and not as techy as I was in the 90’s, so, I would be happy to hire someone to do this for me.

Thanks.
