The team supports infrastructure globally (this is any and all business/users) for Production, development and testing. 2. The role is Senior, Level 2 support. 3. the team responsibilities include the following: - Addressing escalated issues (from the level 1 team). Fixing these issues, Documenting the fixes, process, etc (so the issue does not escalate to them again). -Project work including Storage migrations, OS upgrades, Power downs, Supporting the network, Building out new systems and validating they are ready for production, etc. 4.
