An extremely competent individual capable of identifying user documentation needs in a highly complex project and addressing those needs through appropriate tools or media. Candidate must possess at least 5-7 years of experience. Technical Writers are responsible for working with subject matter experts and documenting mainframe and/or Web-based feature functionality. This can include researching and formulating content to produce and maintain high quality, accurate documentation.
