Job Title : QA Lead Location : Milwaukee, WI Duration : 3 Month (Contract to Hire) Rate : Open Description: -This is a lead position. There is a team of 4 that will report to this person. 2 are currently working on a legacy project and 2 are working on the Pharma project. -All manual testing. They don't have any automated testing tools. However, they want someone who has some automated testing because it will come to play when the eventually get automated. -Must have previous lead experience. They will not work as a lead until they learn the business process and get up to speed-- then they will take the lead position -This is a heavy regulated environment-must be great with validation, certification and any FDA (pharma) experience will make a huge difference. -A flat sum of money will be paid at time of full time hire to assist in relocation. -Soft skills are key.
