* * * * *Req Id 121 :* Performance Tester *Job Description: * This candidate may have the opportunity to go permanent in the future but the position is a contract to begin with. They are in need of a strong Performance Tester with the following skills: Must have performance testing experience, working with Microsoft Visual Studio Team Test, 2008 Edition. Must also have good Manual Testing skills (ability to write and execute test cases) as they will manually test software as needed, when not performance testing. Must have the ability to mentor other team members on Performance testing standards, how to’s, definitions, options, thresholds, etc. Must have great communication skills as they will be mentoring others as well as participating in team/management meetings. Everything they will test is a web application. Any QTP and LoadRunner experience a plus. Any experience testing Flash applications a plus (some of the web apps involve Flash). The QA team is 4-5 people.
