C2C rate is $ 20/Hr on C2C is the best for Junior web developer. *Looking for a Jr. Web Designer with the following technical skills: *HTML, Flash and CSS*. This role will be mainly production (design and in putting) content on a weekly basis on the site. The product line is computers and mobile. Approximately 80% of the time this individual will need to meet weekly deadlines on changing promotions on the .com website such as online promotion offers, sales prices, product specifications etc… This is a fast past environment with tight time frames. 20% of the time will be working with a Sr Designer/Developer to help projects that are larger promotions that may run every other month. Needs to have the ability and personality to work on project teams as well. I would like the junior developer to be able to start on *Monday*. Duration of the Project will go into 2010. Position located in Minneapolis. As mentioned above…this junior designer will be working with a Senior Designer…hence…I need a person for that role as well.
