Position: People Soft Production Support Specialist
Location: Houston, TX (Must be local)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $45/hr C2C
Job Description:
HR/CRM - 80% Technical, 20% Functional
Energy experience is highly preferred
Consultant must give guidance and support to the HR-IT team's day-to-day
activities and during projects.
Control and manage the interfaces and data transfers to and from the
Peoplesoft applications (HRMS and CRM)
Monitor scheduled jobs and logs and troubleshoot failed or hung processes.
Give support for CRM system (IMS and CMS)
Maintain Global Directory feeds and associated data sources, making any
changes as needed
Coordinate all IMS cases assigned to the HR Systems group and ensure proper
completion
Develop additional attributes in Peoplesoft to support HR-IT projects.
Assist in the extraction of People data for the CMDB project
