Title: Siebel Admin
Location either Columbus , IN or Nashville , TN
Duration: 6 Months+

One of our Direct Clients is looking for a 2 Siebel Adminstrators. The
details are as follows:

Responsibilities

    * Problem determination, debugging and issue troubleshooting, resolution
and testing as related to Siebel application administration.
    * Manage end user accounts, permissions and access rights in accordance
with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
    * Creation and maintenance of administration data: List of Values,
Views, Flex fields and Transaction Types.
    * Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams related to new
software releases, system changes, product release, application testing and
integration topics.
    * Work closely with user support and development teams regarding support
of daily end user and business issues.
    * Create and maintain documentation for systems and procedures including
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and conducting User Audits
for compliance as required.
    * Process and respond to Siebel error messages
    * Utilize help desk ticketing system in responding to and resolving
Siebel-related issues
    * Siebel custom development
    * Generate system messages for users for system-wide events
    * Troubleshooting data and server-related problems

Experience:

    * Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
    * Experience in Designing and Architecting the Siebel Infrastructure
    * Minimum of 3 years Siebel Enterprise 7.x (or above) Admin Developer
experience
    * Experience in installation, configuration and setting up Siebel
applications and the underlying infrastructure
    * Production support and code migration experience with Siebel
Enterprise 7.x is a must
    * Direct experience with the Siebel call center component
    * Expertise in report creation and management (Siebel Report Server)
    * Ability to modify and customize Siebel views
    * Experience installing and configuring Siebel products
    * Understanding of Siebel integration with image management software
(FileNet)
    * Experience in using change management systems and release schedules
    * Ability to effectively work with customers in determining required
modifications as well as effectively articulate solution benefits and
requirements
    * Call center experience (i.e. CTI using Avaya) is preferable
    * Extensive knowledge of Siebel integration with external applications
    * Experience in medical claims processing environments a plus
    *  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that
commitments and timetables are met.
    *  Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    * Excellent, communication and presentation skills.
    * Siebel certification a “plus” but not required
