JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum three years of related hands-on testing experience with an emphasis on web-based and Windows based application testing. Experience in creating detailed test cases/procedures to an approved specification; automation of test scripts. Experience testing in Microsoft/.NET and client-server based application environment. Experience in using software version control systems such as CVS or equivalent. Experience with Windows platform, development and web application test tools – MS visual studio, RADView. Experience with Tomcat and Apache web servers. Knowledge of IT infrastructure including .NET applications, SQL Server 2000/2005 and Weblogic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and part of a team to drive issues to closure quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be a team player with positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be a result-oriented individual – take initiative to ensure that schedules and milestones are met. Ability to manage multiple priorities/multi-task and manage projects effectively while being able to deal with frequent interruptions and a high-pressure environment.
