Job Title : J2EE Developer w/ XML, Hibernate, TIBCO and ANT experience
Location : Herndon, VA
Duration : 6-12 months Contract
Rate : Open
KEY EXPERIENCE:
Support the Capital Markets Technology Applications specifically application
related pricing, hedging and securitization of Mortgages as well as
application related to income forecasting.
• Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or
practitioners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and
functionalities needed in large/complex development project.
• Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and
communicate in writing or in meetings with development team. Assess detailed
specifications against design requirements.
• Develop code; perform reviews to advance application upgrade, extension,
or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues.
• Develop Unit test cases and perform Unit testing of assigned components
• Ability to analyze and resolve performance issue with database code
involving MS SQL DB
• Perform production support for application on as needed basis
• Ability to understand and support install/upgrades of Third Party Software
Must have skills
1- Expert in J2EE programming, XML, Hibernate, TIBCO and ANT
2- Expert at SQL programming and developing batch processing jobs.
3- Knowledge of Rational Clear Case, Clear quest, Autosys, Windows, UNIX and
XSL
Additional Skills
1- Working knowledge of SSIS, MS SQL database
2- Working Knowledge of Reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal
Reports
3- Knowledge of financial instruments such as Mortgage, bonds, MBS etc
preferred
