Candidate must have strong understanding of ACH processing. They will need excellent verbal skills as the team is spread across the country and will spend much time in web meetings. They must also have excellent written skills to write function system design documents based on written requirements and interviews with the end user. It is a fast paced job and they must be able to step in and very quickly get up to speed and be productive. Some technical knowledge is also required to be able to interface with the developers who will be using the functional design to write a technical system design.
