Good understanding of requirements, and technical experience with databases and data warehousing concept. Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Business Objects. Must be able to translate the requirements or Business logic to the ETL design. Able to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities. Should have exposure to any of the ETL tools like Informatica / Data Stage. Hand on experience in writing sql queries and shell scripts.
