*Title : SQL Developer** Location : Los Angeles, CA Duration : 10+ Months* Jab Description - The Senior Database Engineer at Clientsite is primarily responsible for developing and delivering quality database code and engineering artifacts. In addition, this position is accountable for end-to-end development milestones for developing highly scalable and reliable enterprise-level, distributed web-based applications, using predominantly Microsoft technologies. *Primary Responsibilities *Participating in the database design of new n-tier applications Perform logical and physical database designs. Conduct code review and mentor other database engineers. Writing complex stored procedures and DTS/SSIS packages. Creating design specifications and coding to those specifications Evaluating change requests and determining the impact of those changes to the assigned databases Identifying, analyzing and resolving problems with existing databases Job Qualifications Administration and development with relational databases primarily in a Microsoft SQL environment 2003 and 2005. Responsibilities performing DBA work in a high availability production environment 7+ years of experience data modeling and designing database physical architecture 7+ years of experience administering database access, troubleshooting performance problems, and performing application releases 7+ years experience in SQL tuning, writing procedures, and complex queries. 4-year, B.S.
