Description
The Data Analyst II will backfill a Data Warehouse Analyst position, of
which the primary responsibilities are to execute data validation
procedures, and identify/resolve data issues. The Data Analyst II must have
the skills and experience to query an Oracle database. The Data Analyst II
must also have software development lifecycle experience, specifically in
terms of defining and testing requirements. These skills are required to
support the production database in terms of facilitating the implementation
of defect resolutions and minor functionality enhancements.
Qualification Rating
3-4 years software development experience *
Ability to document business processes *
Ability to translate high level business requirements into functional and
system requirements *
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field *
Yes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) *
Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) *
Knowledge of SQL for querying databases *
Knowledge of testing tools, such as Mercury Quality Center *
Professional certification(s) desired * Yes
Strong analytical skills *
