Short Description:
Contractor will be repsonsible for the oversight and implementation of the
Peoplesoft HCM 8.9 to 9.1 Upgrade Project including use cases and regression
testing.

Complete Description:
This is an 8 month project (Feb through Sept.) for a Peoplesoft Product
Specialist with Version 8.9 Payroll, Recruiting and Time & Labor module
experience along with 9.0 or 9.1 upgrade experience in a DB2/Unix
environment. Candidate will be responsible for full implementation of 8.9 to
9.1 upgrade including use cases and regression testing.

The environment is as follows:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 8.9 SP1 - PeopleclickTools 8.49.11
Maintenance Level 8.9 MP1 HR Bundle 21 Tax 10-A
Operating System is AIX 5.3 ML 7
Application Server is DB2 Client
DB Server is DB2/UDB 9.1 client fix pac 6
Web Server is WebLogic 9.2
File Server is Dell 2850 with Windows Server 2003

Client is actively using the following modules:
Recruiting
BAse HR
Base Benefits
Time & Labor
North American Payroll
Employee Self Service
Manager Self Service
Enterprise Learning Management

Although Client is currently not using the following they would like the
contractor to have some experience with the following modules:
ePerformance
Career & Succession Planning
Compensation
Absence Management


Consultant must have functional experience with Peoplesoft HCM versions 8.9,
9.0 and 9.1 - especially in upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1.

Experience necessary in Payroll, Recruiting (full life cycle- from resume
submittal through hiring) and the Time & Labor Modules.

Experience in building Use Cases for Testing as well as Regression Testing.
