Excellent understanding & experience in Absence Management Module Configuration / Rules, Setup, Workflow 3. Excellent Communication Skill and Client Focus 4. Excellent experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap, Configuration, Design, Demo, documentation, Time & Labor Integration with other Module/System 4. Preferred Banking Domain Knowledge 5. Capability of Handling Project Activity Independently at onsite and guide the technical team accordingly. 6. Must have worked on Onsite-Offshore Model 7.
