Looking for a DBA that has equal skills in BOTH Oracle 10 G and SQL Server
2000/2005
Oracle 10G and SQL 2000 and 2005
Experience in Data Administration, creating logical and physical data model
diagrams and modeling complex relational databases. Expertise in determining
and managing consistent corporate wide data definitions and providing the
infrastructure needed to make the meta data accessible to users. Provides
technical expertise in the use of flat file and Database Management Systems
(DBMS)/ Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS). Defines organization
and indexing methods for specific application databases. Works closely with
customer security specialists to define required security procedures for
backup and recovery and to control access to the data. Monitors and
fine-tunes databases performance.
