REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years development experience using SQL Server 2000 and 2005. Experience must include architecture and design responsibilities Experience with data replication technologies such as log shipping & database mirroring is required Experience with high availability solutions such as failover clustering In depth knowledge of T-SQL is required, including processing of xml data in sql. Experience with SQL Server 2008 preferred Understanding of database architecture, design, development and administration on Microsoft SQL Server / Windows platform. Hands on experience with designing scalability database solutions and performance improvements Experienced in Data Modeling, logical and physical database design, performance tuning of existing database applications and design of Backup and Recovery procedures.
