Job Title : Sr. .Net Developer with Smart Client and Crystal Reports
Location : Jersey City, NJ
Duration : 6-12 months
Rate : Open
DESCRIBE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Developer for III project. Develop the prototype using Access, Excel , VBA
and other tools.If candidate has solid C# and winforms skills - will be
retained for building the project based on protoytpe .
o Participate as a key team player on the III reporting team
o Work for III team lead and Sr BA to deliver prototype for reports and
applications
o Participate in the design of the reporting framework working with other
key team members.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
o 6+ years of solid experience in developing n-tier web applications with
Microsoft .Net technology (C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSD, XSLT, Javascript, etc) in
the asset management industry.
2+ years of developing application development using Microsoft Smart Client
Software Factory/windows forms Solid hands on skills in Access , Excel and
VBA for prototype development
Strong experience applying software patterns in a Microsoft environment
2+ years delivering reports with Microsoft Reporting Services or Crystal
Reports.
Strong experience applying software patterns in a Microsoft environment
Solid understanding of large-scale database (SQLServer 7/2000, Oracle 8i/9i
etc)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Release
Management
o Strong financial application experience
Desired Skills
o Experience with Crystal Report Server, other reporting tools
o Firm understanding manipulate IE DOM - DHTML
o Understanding Microsoft XMLHTTP object
