Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DataStage/ETL with 3+ years at the Architect level Long term project experience with global banks or financial institutions Excellent teaching, training, and knowledge transfer experience Ability to architect, but also hands on when necessary Experience with DataStage version 8 Outstanding communication and problem solving skills Senior resource with extensive experience in all aspects of defining configuration, for both test and production environments, that conforms to industry best practice but factors in the specifics of the client environment (policies, procedures, standards, etc. around security, code migration, production support models, etc.) Must be able to architect, utilizing industry best practices, effective and efficient DataStage solutions in a zLinux environment Must be familiar with, and have experience using, Change Data Capture as it relates to DataStage transformations I'm looking for an individual with a bias for action -- someone who is proactive, anticipates issues and needs, can look several steps ahead.
