Skills Required:
. GxP experience (2+ years Pharma exp)
. Strong technical skills, systems and requirements analysis creating
Functional Specification & Technical Design Documents, Software Design &
Development, Unit Testing and Production support.
. Minimum of 5 years of SAP functional experience spanning multiple SAP
modules
. Knowledge of ABAP and Data Structures for interfacing with ABAP team,
providing functional specifications, user exits and logic
. Experienced with Mercury Test Director.
. Excellent communications skills
. Required FI/CO Experience
. Experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO configuration and customization of financial
accounting module including design of chart of accounts, general ledger,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment program, interest
calculation, special GL transactions and inter-company transactions.
. Experienced in configuration and customization of controlling module
including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders,
Profitability Analysis, cost elements.
. Experienced working in Pharmaceutical industry.
. Excellent Communication, Presentation, Problem-solving and Analytical
skills.
. Experience with Asset Accounting: Configuration of Asset master data,
Asset Classes, Chart of depreciation, depreciation areas, depreciation keys,
depreciation postings, depreciation calculation methods.
. Experience with Treasury/Bank Accounting: Lockbox configuration, Lockbox
Processing. Setting up house banks, defining lockbox accounts at House
banks, defining lockbox parameters and Posting data and testing the lockbox
functionality. Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) - establishing relative
global settings and posting rules; experience with MT940 inbound file format
and testing.
. IDOC experience relative to Accounts Payable.
Assignment Description:
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate for a six month assignment in Nutley.
Candidates must have experience with Software design and development,
experience using GxP, ABAP, Mercury Test Director and SAP R/3 FI/CO
configuration and customization. Excellent communications skills also
required
Specific Responsibilities
. Support creation of user and functional requirements, and translating them
into design specifications
. Support the test design; conduct and support of functional (exploratory
and system) testing; support user acceptance testing
. Take on coordination activities related to smaller changes for systems
within area of responsibility
. Act as senior technical resource to provide content knowledge to the
incident, problem and change management processes
. Ensure compliance with security SOPs/policies, and adequate access rights
are given to trained staff.
. Accountable for appropriate and qualitative system documentation including
technical system documentation, installation scripts, OQ/PQ's, test plans
and scripts
