Location: Livingston, New Jersey Duration: 6 months + *Description* We are currently looking for a Production Support Analyst to support production batch processing environment of AutoSys 4.5 job scheduling integration with AutoSys Adapter for SAP; troubleshoot errors in schedules and recognize redundant processes or tasks and look for ways to automate; perform scheduling changes as requested; support multiple customers and possess strong internal and external customer service skills; perform problem determination and resolutions - (Root Cause analysis); perform application scheduling tests to ensure maximum efficiency prior to production promotion. Working knowledge of AutoSys JAWS, WCC and R11 is a plus but not required. Must be able to effectively communicate technical information and solutions to a non-technical audience. Ability to work 3/4 day work week and weekends as required. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5+ years of data processing experience on Open Systems UNIX and Intel Platforms. Strong PC Skills, Strong NT and Unix Operating Systems Skills, Scripting skills a plus (UNIX Shell, Pearl) , Unicenter AutoSys Scheduler system, Ablity to work independently and as a team player, Self-starter, Strong customer skills, customer focused. Strong problem determination/resolution skills, Strong written and oral communication skills, Ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment. Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science and equivalent experience.
