Job Title : Java Developer
Location : Columbus, OH
Duration : 6-12 months
Role:
Responsible for designing, implementing and providing Tier-3 support for
applications, systems and IT products.
DUTIES
• Perform application development using the syntax, structure, features and
facilities of multiple programming languages
• Develop program specifications.
• Use deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills
to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their
high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
• Jointly develop practical implementation plans that consider cultural
sensitivities with other accountable parties.
• Encourage informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation at
Cardinal Health; generates practical, sustainable and creative options to
solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing
resources.
EXPERIENCE
• Excellent analytical & communications skills
• 3 years minimum with Java development.
• 2 years J2EE experience.
• SQL specifically DB2 experience.
• WebSphere Application Server experience.
• Eclipse/RAD experience.
• Web Service Development/Deployment.
• Good experience of IBM Content Manager i.e. Server components, Item Types,
icmrm.
• Clear concepts of IBM Content Manager’s Security and Data Models.
• Experience in programmatically interfacing with third party application
will be a plus.
• Working Knowledge in IBM Document Manager
• Knowledge of II4C libraries sdk and cmb beans.
