* SAP-** *Perform analysis, design, development, unit test and
implementation of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programs
across all Human Resource Management System (*HRMS*) SAP Human Capital
Management  (*HCM*) related modules: *Organizational Management/Personnel
Administration (OM/PA), Time Management, Payroll, Grievance, Employee Self
Service/Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), Benefits, and Financials*





(a) The assignment for on-going maintenance and support of HRMS is expected
to be long term.







Candidate(s) selected for each assignment shall work collaboratively with
state technical staff to maintain, support, and if needed, make mandated
changes to HRMS and conduct knowledge transfer to designated Agency staff
for long term production support, which shall include but is not limited to:



·               Perform analysis, design, development, unit test and
implementation of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programs
across all Human Resource Management System (HRMS) SAP Human Capital
Management  (HCM) related modules: Organizational Management/Personnel
Administration (OM/PA), Time Management, Payroll, Grievance, Employee Self
Service/Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), Benefits, and Financials;



·               Perform complex configuration changes on standard and
customized modules;



·               Perform ABAP program coding and modifications and all
related changes throughout the development cycle;



·               Develop and perform unit and systems integration testing;



·               Consultation and analysis on complex SAP notes and messages
involved with ongoing maintenance/enhancements and semi-annual support
stacks;



·               Provide analysis and resolution to production issues
including analyzing the nature of the problem and who is affected,
recommending solutions, and routine programming and testing of the proposed
solution in accordance with Agency documented procedures;



·               Develop and maintain technical design documentation and
process flows;



·               Analysis of trends in production data that may highlight
additional production issues that need to be addressed;



·               Assist in resolving data integrity issues resulting from
production issues;



·               Identification of future system changes, including
enhancements, state and federal legal requirements, and semi-monthly support
stacks to ensure on-going stability of HRMS operations



·               Facilitate meetings to gather and document requirements from
business process owners; and



·               Provide on-call troubleshooting production support as
required.



·               Provide Knowledge Transfer and documentation:



·               Provide on-site knowledge transfer to State staff to
configure and implement complex solutions for standard and custom HRMS
modules, reports, interfaces, and processes for enterprise-wide HRMS.



·               Provide on-site knowledge transfer to State Staff to
develop, code, test, and implement complex technology solutions for
enterprise-wide HRMS.
