*Job Title: Winforms/.NET Development * *Location: IL* *Duration: Contract for 6+ Months* Our client is looking for a Graphical User Interface (GUI) WinForms Development in C#.NET version 2.0. The engineer will work to write and maintain C# program code and XML database files. The development environment is Visual Studio 2005. Use of the following tools is a plus: Infragistics (GUI controls for Win Forms), Visual SourceSafe, CM Synergy, and Bugzilla. Work will be focused on the front end (~85%) and the time will be split as roughly 10% design, 60% implementation, and 30% maintenance. The specific tasks include: Write C# code to implement new features for Autonomie GUI (importing test data from vehicle test facilities, enhancements to the data analysis functionality, ad-hoc feature requests from customers) Test new features Write and update documentation to support said software Please note that this is WinForms work for a desktop application, NOT web development (i.e., no ASP.NET).
