Our client is looking for a solid Oracle Forms Programmer who is a very good communicator and can take control of status reporting as well as liaise between the business and IT. **The person to fill this opening must have excellent oral and written skills.** *Job Requirements: * The Programmer / Analyst on this team is an individual who can function independently and be a self-starter. He/she will need to be able to perform requirements gathering, design, development and testing.
