I have an urgent requirement below with one of my Clients Title: Java Developer Location: Dublin, Ohio. Duration: 1 Year Start date: Immediate *Description:* Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years experience. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM) product and/or Tax Industry preferred. Must have at least 2-4 years of full system developement life cycle (SDLC) experience. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM) product and/or Tax Industry preferred. Must have at least 4-6 years of full system developement life cycle (SDLC) experience. Must have at least 4-6 years Java, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), JNDI, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML Must have at least 2-4 years of Oracle/SQL experience Working knowledge of leading frameworks Struts or Spring or Hibernate Understanding Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and Database Management System concepts JUnit for unit testing Creating & executing test plans Technical Writing (Documentation) Ability to work with Web-developement tools for new applications. Basic Understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle. Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., OO) Experience on one or more full release project life cycles. Strong understanding of modern SCM (software configuration managgement). Basic understanding of testing tools and unit and intefration test scripting, and testing methodologies. Experience using an Intergrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio). Strong understanding basic Database Adminstration Able to apply consistently quality and security standards. Good verbal and written communication skills. Developing general project management/team leader skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients. Must have at least 2-4 years of DOC1 development experience Must have good microsoft word knowledge. Must have good experience with documentation. *Responsibilities:* Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies.
