*Job Title: Wintel Administrator
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Duration: 6 months*

*Keys to this role is Wintel, Enterprise level administration (need large
shop experience), and Citrix
*To provide world class IT service and support for employees through: •
Release and Infrastructure Related Project Management
• Documenting of IT Procedures and Processes
• Wintel Systems Administration
• 3rd line Desktop / Phone Support as needed
• Data Center Operations & Management
• Implementing and Following Data Backup Procedures
• Innovation of Technical Solutions adding value to Customer
*Technical Competences/Experience Required: *
• Bachelors Degree in a computing related field and 5+ Years Experience OR
8+ Years Experience
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS (2003 and 2008)
• Experience with Release Management and\or knowledge of ITIL Release
Management methodology, including the ability to support, plan, coordinate,
document and execute releases for Custom Applications
• Experience with supporting applications in a multi-user (Citrix)
environment
• Experience with Third Party, & Custom Application support
• Experience working closely with users, outsourcing vendors, and management

• Experience working with ODBC sources
• Experience working with and documenting processes for offshore level 1 /
level 2 resources
• Experience with and willingness to provide Level 3 desktop support as
necessary
• Excellent knowledge of HP Proliant Server Hardware
• Excellent knowledge of Windows XP, Office 2007 (including Access & Visio),
and Dell PC Hardware

*Additional Technical Competences/Experience:
*• JBoss Server and Linux Administration experience a plus
• Citrix Xenapp 4.5 & 5.0 Administration experience a plus
• MySQL and/or DB2 Database Administration experience a plus
• MCSA/MCSE 2003 and/or MCITP 2008 certifications will be an advantage
• RHCE and/or JBoss certifications will be an advantage
