Location: WA State Duration: 1 year Please send resume to ha...@tgclonline.com Immediate Requirement (2 candidates) o Senior Level (five years) experience with the following development tools: o COBOL and COBOL.net o VB.net o Web services o .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 o SQL 2000/2005, including development of stored procedures o Visual Studio 2005/2008 o Team Foundation Server o Windows 2000/Vista desktop o MS Office 2007 o One or more years experience: o Effectively applying web services within the Windows Communication Framework (WCF) o Understanding and coding of AAMVA Federal Messaging Systems A. *Other Mandatory Qualifications and Experience* o Proven skills in unit, integration and system testing multi-tier applications in a Windows 2000/Vista environment o Prior experience performing communication path development o Prior experience assisting with load, stress and performance testing. Note: Client staff will conduct all system load, stress, and performance testing activities. Contractor will be required to provide testing assistance to resolve performance impacts introduced by program modifications they have deployed. o Prior experience of working from technical specifications documentation and writing implementation scripts. o Demonstrated ability to communicate well in written and oral form within various project team environments containing business and technical representatives.
