Good! I need to think on it more too. It's much more like your first 495 stab, which indeed had many nice properties. Nobody here gives a shit about the interzone by-magic operations, so I'm happy to sacrifice damn near anything in those ;-) FYI, I'm most concerned about how glibly I "sold" the idea that it really does solve the hash problem.
