Calendrical Calculations should be available if you look for it.
Try http://www.abebooks.com/ or a good University bookstore (i.e.
check bn.com before giving up).  You should also be able to order
it from the publisher directly; it's an oddball publisher IIRC.

The code is available online, too, and it's implemented in Lisp.
The authors wrote the datetime library for Emacs, and this book is
one result of that.

Unfortunately, last I checked (ca. 1999), the authors were really
schzoid about licensing the code, and talked about "pending patents"
on it.  Suffice it to say, they were not too interested in having
their library reimplemented in another language, and I wasn't
interested in consulting with an IP attorney before hacking on
their code.

This may have changed recently.  I hope it has.
