I mentioned this note to several people at YAPC, and here it is. Note the date,
and the 6-8 week estimate. We should have the new edition of this book any day
now. I think I have it on order several places, and so I'll probably end up
getting 3 or 4 copies all at once.

Soon, very soon. CUP is sending it to the printer in a week or so; then it
will take 6-8 weeks for production and it will be in stock!
