This is a great idea.
Starters might be:

Leap years of the 400-year variety
Non-leap century years
pre-leap-day dates in a leap year
February 76th (out of range values)
December 35th (out of rangevalues that roll over into the next year)
Leap day
DST (correctly handle time before, during, after a time change)

And, of course, ANYTHING relating to time zones. (It works for me, but
does not work for my colleague in Bangalore.)
