I'm going to make a dictatorial declaration for this project.

All code used in the project _must_ be licensed under the same terms as
Perl itself.

No arguing, no weird licenses, no "this software is free, I don't care
what you do with it".

Now, a problem.  The following modules need some license clarification:

Date::ICal - no indication of license except for DLSIL of bdpOp.  Rich,
does that mean it does have the same license as Perl itself, or is that
just a default setting?

Date::Set - no indication whatsoever.  Flavio?

Date::Calc - Steffen, would you consider changing the license of the C
code in Date::Calc to "same as Perl itself".  Pretty please?

I can't see a really good reason to license the Perl part the same as Perl
one way and the C code as LGPL.  The LGPL means we couldn't borrow any of
the code from that library for this project without using a GPL/LGPL
license ourselves.
