I've just checked in the assorted generated files and some changes Joshua wanted.
If you want a semi-release bundle:

(I say semi-release, but it's exactly the file that would be
uploaded to CPAN).
I'm just throwing it out early so people can have a bash at
it. Any problems, I'll bump it up to 0.75, fix and release.
