I thought I did update from CVS but apparently it did not take.
I had to downlaod/install DateTime-TimeZone from CPAN in order 
to get it to work correctly.

All tests successful (1 subtest UNEXPECTEDLY SUCCEEDED), 1 subtest skipped.
