I have released the 0.04 version of DT::C::FrenchRevolutionary
- The bug has been fixed
- The install procedure uses Module::Build. The ExtUtils::MakeMaker option
is no longer available. There is still a Makefile.PL, but this is the
same as in DateTime::TimeZone : this file suggests to install Module::Build instead
(I have not tested, but if it works with DT::TZ...)
