By the way: due to some glitch, version 0.05 never made it to PAUSE.
Main changes since version 0.04:
-- The pod fixes transmitted by Iain Truskett have been applied.
-- Much more stuff for the "on_date" method (mainly propaganda
from an old and anonymous French book).
-- Minimal support for nanoseconds (conversion Greg -> FR -> Greg
does not lose nanoseconds).
-- Basic support for L10N. The only available languages are 'fr' and 'en'.
No customization is possible, some English translations are doubtful, others
are missing.
