Now I noticed there isn't a namespace for this under DateTime. Is there any namespace that is recommended? I guess it may not make sense to put it under "Date"Time::, so would something like "Time::Japanese" work?
I've always thought there should be support and functionality for 'clocks' (DateTime::Clock::*) that do not have to be connected to a calendar.
I think the only thing that approaches this at the moment is DateTime::Incomplete.
