This is not my module, nor is it a DateTime project module.

Judging from the error message "Invalid ICal datetime string (20050629T210000,20050630T210000)" I'm guessing that the iCal::Parser module is parsing something incorrectly and feeding it directly into DateTime::Format::ICal, which blows up. You should contact the author of iCal::Parser.
