DateTime::LazyInit is now available from CPAN. search.cpan.org has it,
and I imagine your local repository will have it shortly.

If you read the code, you'll notice that I have a utc_rd_values method
as the math overload needs to be passed an object that 'can' call this
method. If you find any other operations that don't work due to missing
'can' methods, let me know so I can add them.
