On my ubuntu/linux system, TZC does not LINK Europe/Belfast to Europe/London. On my freeBSD system, it does. I discovered this bc the LINK breaks a test for Locale::Object::Country, which expects all_timezones to return both. Is something broken on my freeBSD system, or is it a bad test in L::O::C?
