Optional dependencies are a real pain to express and explain. For now, I'm
going to leave it as-is. It's not really too hard for someone to install
and use Locale::Country on their own.
And can I ask that you support using 'UK' as an alias for 'GB'? I know that
GB is ISOly correct, but UK is commonly used instead, particularly if your
data source is something like a hostname or an IP address.
I hard-coded this alias.
