Sorry: some churches write down in a particular book what should be said and
done at services for different events and at different times of the year.
These programs of services are called "liturgies", so the churches are
called liturgical churches. They are the churches who use a calendar like
this one.

Other churches never use liturgies, and just make up what they're going to
say ad hoc. These are non-liturgical churches. They generally don't have
special days and seasons, except perhaps Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
