There's already some bits in DateTime::Util for handling various types of
calculations. It's seems like this is something similar, so maybe
DateTime::Util::Indic?
And DateTime::Locale::Indic for the locales?
Hmm, that's not so good since there's already lots of DateTime::Locale::*
modules that are something totally unrelated.
I guess having a DateTime::Indic namespace makes sense if there's going to
be enough modules in it.
